If you have been trying to get pregnant for a while without results, it may be time for a fertility consultation. You can be referred by your OB/GYN or seek care on your own.
You can contact us directly to request an appointment. However, some insurance plans require a referral before covering a consultation, testing, or treatment. Contact your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan has a referral requirement.
We’re open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The clinic is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
The first visit is primarily a consultation. Your specialist will review your medical history and discuss previous treatments. While a pelvic exam or ultrasound is not usually done at the first visit, the clinic typically draws blood for basic labs, such as testing hormone levels like AMH to evaluate ovarian reserve, thyroid, and Vitamin D.
Complete your intake forms through the patient portal before your visit. Bring a valid photo ID, your current insurance card, and any fertility or reproductive health records that the clinic has not already received.
Your first appointment will focus mainly on your medical history, prior treatment, fertility concerns, and family-building goals. Basic blood testing may also be completed.

We accept most major commercial insurance plans. Coverage depends on your employer and specific policy. Some plans cover fertility testing but exclude certain treatments, medications, or laboratory services.
We participate with most commercial insurance plans and partner with PatientFi as an option to finance treatment for eligible patients who want to spread treatment costs over time. Patients without fertility treatment benefits may also qualify for the Heroes Discount if they are active military personnel, police officers, firefighters, or emergency medical services personnel. Treatment costs vary based on the services, medications, and laboratory work included in your plan.

IVF is a treatment where both an egg and sperm are removed from the body and used to create an embryo in a lab. The embryo is then placed back into the uterus to develop.
Candidates include women who don’t ovulate or respond to medication, those with blocked or removed fallopian tubes, men with sperm abnormalities such as low motility or low count, couples with unexplained infertility, or those wishing to perform genetic testing on embryos.
IUI involves placing washed and prepared sperm directly into the uterus using a small catheter. It is designed to increase the number of sperm that reach the egg in the fallopian tubes.
Third-Party Reproduction Questions
Donor eggs, donor sperm, donor embryos, and gestational carriers can help individuals and couples build their families in different ways. These FAQs explain some of the basics of donor screening and third-party reproduction.
